STEP 2
State your symptoms and preferred date and time.
STEP 3
Clinic Staff will arrange an appointment for you.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at +65 6908 1180. A cancellation fee may be charged for last minute cancellations.
For life-threatening conditions or severe symptoms, please call 995 or go to the A&E immediately.
Procedure
Seamless Home Doctor Services
Before booking an appointment, Clinic will contact you to assess if house calls are appropriate for your scenario. Please be prepared to share your medical history and any drug allergies.

Prior to appointment booking, Clinic will be in touch to assess if house calls are appropriate for your scenario. They will require you to share your medical history and any drug allergies.
Consultation
In the comfort of your home, doctor will diagnose your condition based on your symptoms – Doctor will run tests if necessary.
Treatment and Medication
We will deliver medications and/or prescriptions to you within 5 hours if the consultation is before 5pm. For after office hours consultations, they will be delivered the next day.
Medical Documents
Medical Certificate, Medical Report, Referral Letter and other documents issued by Doctor will be sent to your designated email.
Payment
We will issue an E-Invoice to your designated email. We accept payment by Paynow, Paylah, and Cash.Embark on your path to optimal health and well-being.
